CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At Keyf Wellness & Day Spa, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Below are our cancellation and refund conditions for online reservations.
CANCELLATION FOR RESERVATIONS WITH TRANSFER
For reservations made with the free transfer option, a deposit of 15 EUR is collected for transfer planning.
This deposit is collected to cover vehicle allocation, seat planning, and operational organization expenses.
Full refund (including 15 EUR deposit).
50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refund.
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The Company may cancel the reservation due to force majeure, operational unsuitability, weather conditions, or security reasons. In this case, the Customer will be offered an alternative date/time or the full amount paid will be refunded.
CANCELLATION FOR RESERVATIONS WITHOUT TRANSFER
No deposit is required for reservations made without selecting the transfer service. For cancellation conditions, please contact us at reservation@keyfwellness.com.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that must be performed on a specific date (accommodation, transportation, entertainment, spa, etc.). Since your reservation includes a personal care / spa service to be provided on a specific date and time, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
REFUND PROCESS
When a refund is due:
- The refund is made to the credit card or debit card used for payment, using the same method.
- The refund process is completed within 5–10 business days after approval (may vary depending on your bank's process).
