SERVICE PRICES
Service prices are clearly stated on the detail page of each service on the website.
The amount shown in the cart at the time of payment is valid. VAT-included prices apply.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is made securely via virtual POS:
- Online payment by credit card
- Online payment by debit card
- Other online payment options available on the website
TRANSFER SERVICE AND DEPOSIT
When the free transfer option is selected:
- A deposit of 15 EUR is collected to finalize transfer planning.
- The deposit covers vehicle allocation, seat planning, and operational organization expenses.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS (RESERVATIONS WITH TRANSFER)
Cancellation conditions for reservations with transfer are as follows:
Full refund (including 15 EUR deposit).
50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refund.
SERVICE DATE
The service will be provided on the date and time selected by the Customer. All details are specified in the reservation confirmation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that must be performed on a specific date (accommodation, transportation, entertainment, spa, etc.).
Since your reservation includes a personal care / spa service to be provided on a specific date and time, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes arising from this pre-information:
- Provincial / District Consumer Arbitration Committees
- Consumer Courts are authorized.
